Users of the Sacred Ode to Gaia app may request deletion of their account and associated app data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your app account.
- Use the subject line App Account Deletion Request.
- State that you want your Sacred Ode to Gaia app account and associated data deleted.
We may send one confirmation message to verify the request. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Data deleted
Deletion includes the app account, profile information, saved journal or reflection entries, preferences, and app entitlement records associated with the account.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting purposes. Google Play maintains its own purchase and transaction records under Google’s policies.
Important: Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through Google Play before requesting account deletion.
