No. You are welcome to arrive with your own beliefs, questions, uncertainty, or personal understanding. The work is offered without requiring religious agreement, unquestioning belief, or a particular spiritual identity.

No. The services, books, and digital resources are offered for spiritual, metaphysical, and personal-reflection purposes. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal or financial advice, or emergency support. Any service without a set price requires a paid consultation before a personalized quote can be prepared. This currently includes Intuitive Spiritual Advisory, Shamanic Services, and Private Spiritual Journeys.

Each consultation is 60 minutes and costs $75. You are welcome to book more than one consultation; each additional consultation is a separate $75 appointment.

No. The $75 consultation fee honors the full hour reserved for conversation, reflection, and thoughtful consideration of your needs. It is separate from the cost of any service that may follow and is not applied toward a future service. Any personalized service is priced separately after the consultation, once its scope and your individual needs have been carefully considered.

Your Session Preparation & Consent Form offers a gentle beginning by giving you space to share what is bringing you here before we meet. Your booking confirmation includes the Zoom link for our virtual conversation; you can join from a comfortable, private space using the device you already have. During our time together, your intentions, needs, boundaries, preferred pace, accessibility considerations, and practical details will be heard with care.

After the consultation, what you have shared is held with care while the Founder thoughtfully considers the shape, preparation, and scope of your personalized service. A proposal and invoice are ordinarily sent within 30 minutes. If you choose to continue, payment of the invoice is followed by a receipt and a private link for scheduling the service.

When timing and the nature of the service allow, a same-day appointment may sometimes be possible. This depends on the consultation, time needed to thoughtfully prepare your proposal, payment, service length, remaining business hours, travel needs, and calendar availability. If the day does not leave enough space to move forward without rushing, you will be invited to choose another available time.

A Private Spiritual Journey is a deeply personalized, one-to-one spiritual and metaphysical experience held as an extended session or a thoughtfully paced series. It may center on spiritual clarity, life transition, awakening integration, ancestral reflection, dreamwork, intuitive development, energy awareness, or another intention within the practice’s scope. The length, rhythm, virtual format, included resources, and price are created after consultation.

Intuitive Spiritual Advisory is primarily a conversational and intuitive space for reflection, clarity, and understanding what you may be moving through. A Private Spiritual Journey moves beyond guidance alone into a personalized spiritual experience that may thoughtfully bring together practices such as meditation, breathwork, energy awareness, ancestral reflection, sound, grounding, visualization, or simple ceremony according to your intentions and comfort.

Your Session Preparation & Consent Form is included within the booking process, creating a gentle space to share what is bringing you to your session before we meet. Yoga and breathwork also require the separate Yoga & Breathwork Participation Waiver. Required agreements must be completed before the applicable service can be provided.

Each regular session lasts 60 minutes. Thirty minutes is reserved between appointments so each meeting can close with care and the next session can begin without being rushed.

All personal services and consultations are held virtually through Zoom. The Sanctuary does not host client appointments or public visits. Hands of Harmony gatherings are separate from service bookings and arranged by personal invitation at Heavener Runestone Park.

Your booking confirmation includes the Zoom link for your session. You may join from a comfortable, private space using a phone, tablet, or computer you already have. If you need help with access, please reach out before your appointment.

Major credit and debit cards are accepted through the secure checkout. Any additional payment options available for your device, location, or order will appear directly at checkout. You never need to send a full payment-card number by email, text message, or a website contact form.

Yes. A purchase confirmation or receipt is sent after successful payment. For a custom-priced service, the invoice is sent after the consultation and the receipt follows once that invoice is paid.

All sales are final. If you cancel or do not attend a paid service, the payment is non-refundable and remains as a nontransferable credit toward rescheduling the same service for another available date and time. If Sacred Ode to Gaia cancels and a suitable new time cannot be arranged, you may choose a refund or service credit. Rights required by law remain available. A rescheduling credit remains connected to the original client and the same service so the time reserved can stay aligned with the person and offering for which it was originally created. It cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Sacred Ode to Gaia is available Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and rests from business Friday through Sunday. If you reach out outside those hours, your message is still welcome and will be received with care when we return during the next available business period.

No special supplies or purchases are needed. Settle into a space where you feel comfortable; for yoga, a little room to move is welcome, and for sound healing you can use the speakers or headphones you already have.
