Welcome to Sacred Ode to Gaia. These Terms of Use apply to sacredodetogaia.com and to offerings provided by Sacred Ode to Gaia LLC. Products or offerings clearly identified as belonging to Sacred Ode to Gaia Botanicals LLC are also subject to these terms. By using the website, creating an account, purchasing an offering, or booking a service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. A required booking or checkout acknowledgment creates a separate record of your agreement.
Who may use the website
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase or book for yourself. A parent or legal guardian must complete any purchase, consent, or participation agreement for a minor. Some offerings may be unavailable to minors or may require additional written consent and supervision.
Spiritual, reflective, and general-wellness nature
Our spiritual, intuitive, metaphysical, reflective, nature-centered, movement, breathwork, sound, and general-wellness offerings are provided for personal reflection and spiritual support. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. No prediction, healing result, financial result, relationship result, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. Please review the Spiritual Services Disclaimer before participating.
Consultations and custom-priced services
A consultation is required before a custom-priced service can be quoted. The consultation and the selected service are separate appointments and separate purchases. A consultation helps us understand the request; it does not guarantee that a particular service, price, date, location, or outcome will be available. If we determine that a request is outside our scope or cannot be offered safely, lawfully, or respectfully, we may decline it and explain any next steps that are appropriate.
Bookings, payments, cancellations, and rescheduling
Prices, duration, location, and material terms shown at booking or checkout form part of your purchase. Personal services and consultations are offered virtually. The Sanctuary is private and does not host clients or visitors. If you cancel or do not attend a paid service, the payment is non-refundable and remains as a credit toward rescheduling the same service for another available date and time. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. If Sacred Ode to Gaia cancels and a suitable new time cannot be arranged, you may choose a refund or service credit. Additional service-specific terms may apply. See the Sales, Shipping & Returns Policy.
Participation, safety, and conduct
You are responsible for deciding whether an offering is appropriate for you, sharing information reasonably necessary for safe participation, and following stated instructions and boundaries. You may pause or stop participation at any time. We may pause, modify, refuse, or end an interaction when safety, sobriety, respectful conduct, consent, property boundaries, or the service’s scope cannot be maintained. Yoga, breathwork, and other applicable participation may require a separate acknowledgment or waiver before participation.
Private land and future gatherings
The Sanctuary and land are private and do not host client appointments or public visits. A booking, purchase, or membership does not grant property access. Hands of Harmony is a separate, free community. Its in-person gatherings are personally invited and arranged in advance at Heavener Runestone Park.
Botanical, food, and natural products
When Sacred Ode to Gaia Botanicals offerings become available, natural products may vary in appearance, weight, aroma, texture, harvest timing, and availability. Product information is provided for general awareness and safe handling and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Review ingredients and handling instructions, consider allergies and individual sensitivities, and consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed. Do not use a product that appears damaged, contaminated, spoiled, or inconsistent with its description; contact us promptly for support.
Digital products and limited personal license
Unless a product page states otherwise, digital downloads, recordings, workbooks, journals, and member resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not reproduce, upload, share, resell, distribute, modify for resale, train an automated system on, or create competing materials from them. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the content or brand.
Stewardship and community support
When Living Earth Stewardship memberships or one-time support purchases become available, they will support the described business activities and recognition benefits. They do not purchase an ownership interest in land, animals, crops, intellectual property, or either LLC; do not create voting, management, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or charitable-donor rights; and do not guarantee harvests, products, property access, or financial returns. Payments are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations unless we expressly provide written confirmation that applicable requirements have been met.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate contact and payment information. Transactional messages may be sent to complete purchases, deliver products, administer memberships, manage appointments, provide safety information, and respond to requests. Promotional email is sent only as permitted by law and can be unsubscribed from using the link provided.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand, logo, writing, photographs, graphics, recordings, downloads, digital resources, and other original content belong to Sacred Ode to Gaia LLC, Sacred Ode to Gaia Botanicals LLC, or their licensors. No right is granted except the limited access or personal-use license expressly included with a purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; scrape, copy, or commercially exploit content without permission; submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or deceptive material; or use an offering to harm yourself or another person.
Third-party services and links
The website uses third-party services for scheduling, payments, forms, email, hosting, analytics, and content delivery. Their availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute control or endorsement of third-party content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and offerings are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular spiritual interpretation, or a particular personal result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Ode to Gaia LLC, Sacred Ode to Gaia Botanicals LLC, and their owners and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the website or an offering. Any aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by severe weather, unsafe road or land conditions, illness, emergency, utility or internet failure, carrier delay, natural events, government action, or another circumstance outside reasonable control. We will communicate and offer rescheduling, credit, or any remedy required by law as appropriate.
Resolving concerns; governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern with care. These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Oklahoma. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using a legally available consumer-protection process.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively. The version presented when you purchase or book governs that transaction unless a change is required by law. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
